NV Energy needed a new software systems approach to manage complex and ever-changing energy efficiency and DSM programs because their spreadsheets and limited databases were no longer meeting their business needs. As the largest utility in Nevada, they needed to deploy programs and make modifications with more speed and accuracy but lacked the flexibility to do so with the cumbersome method of tracking and reporting of programs that was in place.
