Kelly Helfrich

Vice President, Electric Vehicle Practice at Resource Innovations

Kelly brings 10 years of dedicated EV experience with both a startup and a large automotive OEM in a variety of capacities including operations, strategy, business development, and product development. Kelly is responsible for leading the growth of RI’s Transportation Electrification practice and execution of EV consulting services and software products for utilities, transportation authorities, and government agencies. Kelly builds upon RI’s existing transportation electrification expertise as well as our strong utility relationships in the US, Canada, and the UK to deliver solutions for EV grid optimization, fleet, and community electrification.

Ebby Dabiri

Sr. Director of Professional Services at Resource Innovations

Ebby Dabiri has more than 20 years of combined experience in software project management, design, development, implementation, deployment, and integration in the energy sector. As Senior Director of Professional Services, he oversees Resource Innovations’ iEnergy Program Management, OnSite, OffSite, and Trade Ally Connect implementations. Ebby supervises iEnergy implementation engagements from start to finish by actively overseeing delivery, working closely with client stakeholders and software product management and development teams to resolve dependencies, and actively identifying and mitigating risks.

Nikita Kedari

Engagement Manager at Resource Innovations

Nikita Kedari is Resource Innovations’ Professional Services Engagement Manager and has worked for the company for six years. She ensures smooth implementation, execution and management of programs related to Resource Innovations’ energy efficiency portfolio. Since 2018, she has supported SCE with implementation and execution of demand response programs. Since 2020, she has been responsible for planning, implementing, executing, and managing the Transportation Electrification (TE) program for the SCE TE team.

Sooraj Sadanandan

Senior Advisor, eMobility Transportation Electrification at Southern California Edison

Sooraj Sadanandan currently serves as the IT technology portfolio manager for SCE’s eMobility Transportation Electrification (TE) team and has been with SCE since August 2011. He is responsible for all of TE’s software planning, delivery, and operations, including end-to-end management of TE’s software application roadmap, major and minor enhancements, and operational issues. Before joining TE in December 2019, he also headed the Identity Governance and Access Management (IGAM) program and played a key role in the continued development of strategic initiatives for SCE’s physical and cyber security practices, ensuring that the company’s critical infrastructure was protected from malicious actors and entities. Prior to joining SCE, Sooraj was a senior consultant with Computer Science Corporation and was responsible for leading key Cybersecurity and Data Analytics projects and initiatives for Utility and Banking client
