From software masterminds to creative geniuses, they infuse innovation and unwavering commitment into every aspect of our e-commerce platforms. Ellie Spahn is our UX Graphic Designer extraordinaire. We list Ellie first because she’s usually the first person to work on our e-commerce platforms, utilizing her expertise in user experience design to transform concepts into reality. With over 15 years of graphic design under her belt, Ellie remains an invaluable asset, seamlessly juggling a multitude of creative tasks—from asset development to the all-important task of placing people’s heads on memes via Photoshop. During her free time, you can often find her swearing loudly at referees during hockey games and doodling on restaurant napkins around Portland. 

Archana Patel, Web Development Lead. Archana plays a crucial role in advancing our e-commerce platforms, taking charge of intricate programming tasks to enhance our personalized services. With nearly a decade of experience in software engineering, she brings invaluable expertise to our team, ensuring functionality and innovation. In her free time, Archana likes experimenting with cooking different cuisines, playing card games, and cherishing quality moments with family. 

Vlada Zviagina, Software Project Manager. Vlada spearheads the development of our e-commerce platforms, overseeing project intake, scheduling, and task delegation with finesse. With six years of experience in software project management, client relations, and team coordination, Vlada ensures dedicated collaboration and successful project delivery. During her free time she learns Spanish, walks along the Rippowam river, and travels to visit friends and family in Michigan, Illinois, and Nebraska. 

Jill Deso is our esteemed Account Director. Jill leads our collaborations with state program administrators and utility clients. With two decades of experience in energy efficiency program delivery, Jill brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Not only does she excel in her managerial duties, but she also serves as a guiding mentor to the members of our account team. During her spare time, Jill can be found running various 5Ks, half marathons, and hiking in Western Massachusetts. 

Katie Trzcinski is our Sales Operations Lead. Katie has donned various hats in her 15+ year career at TechniArt (a Resource Innovations brand), from pop-up retail manager to human resources specialist, and now order processing manager. Leading a dedicated team, Katie oversees the execution of order processing for our diverse e-commerce platforms. From marketplaces to limited-time offers, order sites to virtual home assessments, and anything else you can imagine, she's an expert. When Katie is not on the clock, she enjoys traveling with her husband and twins to visit family in upstate New Hampshire and Washington DC.  

Martha Chamberlain is the lead accountant for our E-Commerce practice. Martha plays a vital role in managing all invoicing operations for our marketplaces, order sites, kit programs, and limited-time offers. Her meticulous attention to detail and expertise ensures smooth financial transactions. When Martha’s not crunching numbers, you can find her at tag sales and calling bingo... she’s a champion bingo caller! 

Kelli Bluhm, Vice President of Delivery. In her role, Kelli oversees the account team and program delivery within our e-commerce practice, working closely with clients to ensure their objectives are not only met but exceeded. With over 25 years of experience in program and account management, Kelli has made her mark across various industries, including utility, telecom, and lighting. When she’s not working, Kelli is cheering her high school daughter on at sporting events or boating on Lake Michigan during the summer months with family and friends. 

Nicole Renza is our dedicated Customer Service Manager. Nicole is at the helm of our customer service team, guiding them towards excellence in serving our valued customers. Her leadership was instrumental in reshaping the team's operations to align with the rapid growth of our e-commerce practice. Nicole has supported customer service teams across diverse industries including utility, healthcare, and hospitality. After hours, Nicole devotes time to studying global cuisines and developing recipes.
